"Well Hey We're Moving on Up," part II

Who wants it? We're vacating our house in North East Pasadena (Valencia Avenue, New York, Craig Street- 91104 area). Pasadena, home of the Rose Bowl, is a pleasant, quiet area, just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Los Angeles, California.

My Architect sister says, "I really love the colors, especially upstairs with the violet in that dormer- it feels like a little hideaway in the sky."

Here is an OK view showing the balcony (great for candle-lit dinners with a view of the mountains) and swimming pool:

Speaking of the view, look what's just down the road, dog-walking distance from our front-door:

Yes, that is wide open, protected, national forest space, right outside of Los Angeles!

For those of you who share the Crock-Town values and priorities, the house has cables pulled from the under-stairs closet to the downstairs office/bedroom, other downstairs office/bedroom) upstairs office/bedroom, and TV area. The closet under the stairs makes a great, discreet server room.
