NASA, please...

Ok this is the second or third time I've noticed this truck sloppily labeled, "NASA" on the 10 fwy between the 110 & La Brea. Is this seriously theUnited States Government's National Aironautics & Space Administration's dump-truck? That's the best signage available to the organization that put man on the moon & helps build international space hang-outs?
